NGL Renovations is owned and operated by Will Gomez and his wife Leah. Will, a licensed General Contractor, has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry remodeling and renovating homes. Our Process
Consultation
In-depth preliminary meetings that include detailed questions which allows us to gather as much info from you as possible. We include asking you lots of questions about the project, your budget, and your vision.
Planning
Regularly scheduled meetings to discuss progress, taking accurate measurements and shooting lots of pictures. We will give you a realistic yet fair, price quote before every job is started.
Project Management
We communicate with our clients regularly to keep them updated of progress and address any questions or concerns clients may have during the project process. In addition, we update clients immediately of any issues that may arise while on site.
Construction
We work with trade partners who are not only experts in their remodeling fields, but who are also continually committed to improving their skills and techniques. We choose to work only with partners who are as invested as we are in fulfilling the homeowner’s vision.
Our Quality Guarantee
During installation and clean-up, we take many pictures during construction for documentation. We will do many walk-throughs with you to ensure complete satisfaction throughout the project. We go out of our way to streamline the process and make NGL Renovations and its trade partners accountable for quality workmanship. Work completed on time is our goal.
